Jaslyn Saw Wei Wen

Jaslyn graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of London and went on to complete her Certificate of Legal Practice a year later. She then commenced pupillage in a dispute resolution firm specialising in medico-legal litigation. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in October 2013.

Jaslyn subsequently joined Messrs Lim Chong Phang & Amy as a litigator, where she predominantly acts for and advises clients on contentious corporate and commercial matters, shareholder disputes, breach of director’s duties, fraud and asset recovery, insolvency, defamation and breach of securities laws.

She regularly appears in all tiers of both the civil and criminal courts. Her notable works include defending clients in complex insider trading prosecutions, initiating suits on fraudulent trading and conspiracy to defraud, obtaining and resisting urgent injunctive reliefs, commencing judicial review applications against regulators and resisting defamation suits.

With her experience and knowledge, Jaslyn is well-equipped to provide practical, comprehensive and effective solutions to her clients within the domain of corporate and commercial disputes.

Jaslyn continued her litigation practice with Messrs Chong + Kheng Hoe when the firms of Messrs Lim Chong Phang & Amy merged with Messrs Kheng Hoe, and was made Partner in 2023.

She is fluent in English, Malay, Mandarin and Hokkien.
