Lynn Yang Lee Yuen

Lynn read law at the University of Aberystwyth and graduated in 2011 with LLB (Hons). She proceeded to complete her Certificate of Legal Practice in 2012 before starting pupillage with Messrs Kheng Hoe & Partners. She was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 3.9.2012.

Lynn had been handling Construction related cases from her pupillage onwards. In 2016, she left practice for a short stint as in-house counsel for one of the biggest construction companies in the world. She then re-commenced practice as a sole proprietor of Messrs LY Yang & Co in 2018.

In 2021, Lynn joined the partnership of Chong + Kheng Hoe, with a particular focus on adjudication claims. She also assists primarily main contractors in various aspects of contract administration. Lynn is well-positioned to assist clients with negotiations, administration, claims and adjudication of their construction disputes.

She is fluent in Malay, English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien.
