Construction Law

We represent employers, main contractors as well as sub-contractors in construction disputes. Our main bulk of work concerns main contractors. We also represent architects and engineers when they are sued in their roles as consultants or contract administrators.

We have been involved in arbitration (domestic and international), litigation, mediation as well as adjudication pursuant to the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012. Our Mr Chan Kheng Hoe also sits as an arbitrator, adjudicator and mediator when called upon to do so.

Our focus is mainly on contentious matters. For project management issues, we work with experienced industry players who function as our out-sourced team.
