We advise public listed companies in their corporate exercises. We advise, conduct legal due diligence, draft the requisite documentation and provide such legal advice as may be required. We have advised and assisted companies in initial public offerings, rights and bonus issues, issue of warrants, private placements, and ESOS schemes.

We also act for clients undergoing mergers and acquisitions, from initial advisory work, structuring the deal, ensuring compliance, right up to the transactional documentation. Our Ms Amy Tan is also well-equipped to advise and has also conducted training on digital assets and crypto-currencies.
